Jiachen Yu earned his PhD from the Department of Applied Physics, Stanford University, under the advising of Prof. Benjamin Feldman. At Princeton, he will be working with Prof. Ali Yazdani (IRG-A) on imaging novel quasiparticles in graphene using STM, as well as developing new low temperature scanning probe techniques.
