2017 Holiday Lecture: Hold your Temper! Celebrating the Science of Chocolate

On Saturday, December 9, PCCM held its annual Holiday Lecture, presented by Prof. Howard Stone and the PCCM team. This popular lecture was attended by over 600 members of the public that enjoyed several different kinds of chocolate, experimented with temperatures and textures, learned about amphiphilic and hydrophobic materials,  and about the process of chocolate making (and eating!)
