Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics (CUWIP)
This weekend we will be at the Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics (CUWIP) held at Princeton University with more than 225 female physics majors. The conference's goal is to provide tools to succeed in careers in physics, bring exposure to the diversity of the career paths and subfields of physics and networking opportunities among the student and mentor participants. PCCM has provided talks by professors such as Prof. Craig Arnold, Prof. Howard Stone and Prof. Claire White, as well as graduate students, organizers and financial support. Also, we will be giving several science communication workshops and materials science outreach events throughout the weekend.
